Russell Halford of Laurel Hill died Feb 21st. He was born Dec 28th 1872 and was an invalid from birth. His parents died several years ago and left two sisters and two brothers to care for him. His sisters have devoted their lives to caring for him.[Contributed by Lois Danley and Sharon Watson]
