Alzia Rebecca Hicks Allen

Mrs. Alzia R. (Doll) Allen, 87, of 512 W. Orange Ave., died early Friday morning [December 20, 1968] in local hospital after long illness.

She was native and lifelong resident of Walton County and a member of the Wesley Memorial Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday [December 22, 1968] in Comander Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Sam Hudgins and the Rev. R. G. Bloodworth officiating.

Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.

Survivors Include four sons, [Edd Herbert] Allen of Portland, John Monroe Allen of Niceville, John [David] Allen of Seattle, Wash. and Clearoe Allen of Pensacola; a daughter, Mrs. Iva White of DeFuniak Springs; a sister, Mrs. Vernie Cobb of Mobile, Ala.; seven grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
