Klein Derham from Luverne drowned in Bay Branch in an automobile accident.Noel C Kinton, the driver is under $1,000 bond on charge of manslaughter, the othertwo other  passengers, Darley Wilburn & Wm Myrick who  escaped injury were dis-charged soldiers on the way home to Panama City.  Sheriff said today that evidence hasbeen found involving another car being involved.  Sheriff says he talked to driver of caronly minutes before the accident and Kent admitted to drinking, he allowed them tocontinue after changing drivers.
