November 12, 1925:

Mrs P F Leight 84 yrs old, native of Germany died at her home in this city on Wednesday. She will be buried Friday in Magnolia Cemetery beside her husband who preceded her in death some five years ago.

November 19, 1925:

The Richardson family received the sad news Monday of the death of Mrs Thos Dupree Barker in Edgefield SC. Mrs Barker was the grand daughter of the late Mr. D E Richardson and for several years lived with him while attending Palmer College. About six years ago she married Mr Barker of Tennessee and since then has made her home in Edgefield SC. She leaves a 4 yr daughter, besides her husband, father, a sister, and brother to mourn her loss.
