1919 Jun 5-- Death of Mrs Jennie Birdsell of Heyworth, Illinois who was well and favorablyknown here having frequently visited, occurred Wednesday at 1:30 at her home inthis city. The deceased was the daughter of Mr & Mrs Joshua Carle and the familycame here from Ohio in 1859 having located near Heyworth. Mrs Birdsell was bornJanuary 16 1841 and departed this life May 14 1919, being in her 79 year. June 271861 she was united in marriage to W F Birdsell. To this union was born 2 children,both of whom died in infancy. The husband preceded the wife in death 32 yrs ago.Six years ago she, in company of her sister Mrs Mary S Stone, took up residence inHeyworth. Contributed by Lois Danley and Sharon Watson
