Miss Grace Tappan, the first assistant in the public school, has returned to her home, where so it is said she will be married next Saturday (tomorrow). Miss Mamie Buchanan of DeFuniak takes her place as teacher to finish out this term of school. -- Laurel Hill News Contributed by Michael Strickland
