Ministerial Convention

The following item appeared in the St. Paul Daily Globe on March 5, 1885:

At the Lake de Funiak, Fla., ministerial convention, the subject of the lecture delivered by REV. N. M. WOODS of Charlotte, N.C., was "The American Sabbath--Shall We Allow It to Perish?" It is not the American Sabbath the religious world is so anxious to preserve as it is the Christian Sabbath.
